Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our parts ship from several locations within the United States.  We will do our best to pack items well and ship them via the carrier that works best for you.  If you have a specific question or need please contact us prior to placing your order or include details in the Shipping Instructions field during checkout.

 

We will happily ship parts internationally - please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.  We'll pack your items extra carefully and ship with an option that provides insurance.  All international customs forms will be filled out in compliance with US law and the recipient is responsible for any import duties or VAT charged by the destination country.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We get it - shopping for used motorsports parts online is difficult.  You can't inspect parts in person, hold them up to your bike, or stand with them gazing into space and wondering if this is really the right one or not.  Sometimes what you order isn't what you receive, or what you receive isn't in the shape it was in in the pictures.

  • If you bought a part and it's not what you needed, you can return it within 30 days.  You pay shipping back to us and a 10% restocking fee.  We'll waive the fee if you're exchanging for other parts or for store credit.

 

  • If the part you got isn't what you ordered, such as an incorrect year part or completely wrong part, we'll pay for shipping back and send you the correct part, or you can opt for store credit.

 

  • If the part you got is correct but is substantially different condition than what was described or in the photographs, we'll pay for shipping back and send you a part that's as good or better than what you thought you were purchasing, or you can choose to receive store credit.

 

  • If the situation doesn't fit into any of the categories above, we're still going to try to help make sure you get the parts you want and need.

 

If you need to return or exchange a part or have a related question, please Request an RMA and we'll get back to you ASAP.

 

Refunds

Due to card and bank processing times, refunds made to credit card may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.  Payments made by check, money order, or other methods will be refunded by check and may take up to 10 business days to be received.  If you have a question or concern please contact us and we will be happy to address it.
